Hyper-V is nothing but Hypervisor. This Hypervisor Technology is capable of handling multiple virtual machines. #1 Open ControlPanel.
#2 In ControlPanel click on Programs and Features.
#3 Now click on Turn Windows Features On and off which is on leftside.
#4 Windows Features popup will be displayed.In that you can see Hyper-V with Unselected. That means that Feature has set to off.
#5 Now Click on that Hyper-V Option and Click on OK. That means hyper-v feature is now set to On
#6 Now Hyper-V has installed successfully in your Operating System.
